Exchange/Return Info
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges are only accepted if an item is damaged upon arrival. If an item is damaged please notify us by email within 3 days of delivery.
- The damaged item must be shipped back to us with tracking and received within 15 days. The replacement will not be sent out until the damaged item is received and inspected. If the item is not shipped and received within 15 days the item can not be exchanged.
- If an item is to be exchanged because of damages the item must be returned using postal tracking. There is no guarantee we will receive the item you sent back.
- In the event an item is no longer available you will be refunded in full after we have received and inspected the damaged item within the given time.
- We take care in shipping items and a damaged item is a rare case but can happen.
- Damaged upon arrival - means the piece is broken apart, chipped, or not functioning as described. It does not mean - it has a different coloring than the website as the color of items will vary based on your screen settings. We do not claim any item posted will be the exact color as when it's shipped to you as metals change in vibrance and luster over time.
