Hala Brush Pendant
The Hala Brush pendant is a natural piece made by Mother Earth. These pendants are the dried seeds of the Hala Tree, that have been sectioned and are harvested from Hawaii. In its natural state these Hala keys can be used as natural paintbrushes. Wear this when you want to call upon your inner artist.
Lightweight and wrapped with copper to form a pendant.
The Aztec Brass choker is included in this purchase.
In Hawaiian, Lauhala, means "leaf" of the Hala Tree.
When the Hala tree fruit falls from the tree, it breaks into sections called "keys" and then when they are dried they can be used as paint brushes. If you like more narrow brush, just trim the dried keys to the size you want :-)
Usually the Lauhala leaves are woven or braided, but here are some unusual seeds for your creative exploration!
These come in all sizes mostly 2-3 inches.
